We offer independent practices the opportunity to affiliate with RDMG — receiving all the benefits of a large group without losing ownership or independence. Keep your practice name, your patients, and full control of operations.
Our medical group has operated since 2004 in multiple sites across North Carolina. While being primary care based, we also have a few specialty practices. We have been successful in optimizing our operations with the support of a management and billing company that relieves our practice staff and providers of administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on patient care. We have established strong relationships with select quality ACOs in the NC market and have performed well, delivering top quality care and reaping the consequent financial rewards.
Our core belief is that physician practices operate best independently.

Over the past 20 years, we have offered independent practices the opportunity to participate in our group as affiliates. Affiliate practices receive all of the benefits of the core RDMG owned practices, while also maintaining their independence. In short, affiliates:
- Are not purchased by our group.
- Maintain current practice name, staffing, services provided, and control of operations.
- Participate in all group payer contracts and ACO arrangements.
- Participate in group benefits plans, purchasing agreements, and all administrative support services.
- Are able to leave our group at any time upon proper notice.
Our group currently has 27 practice sites and 117 providers. Affiliates comprise 22 of those sites and 85 providers. We will gladly provide references.
We offer our affiliates the benefits of participation in a large medical group without the control that large groups and hospital systems impose. Like you, we are practicing physicians who simply seek to remain independent and thrive in this era of “big medicine.” Our practice has worked well for us over these past 20 years, and we seek to continue expanding our group through affiliate participation.
